"Wish I Hadn’t Wasted Time on the Website"
I tried using rj to check my flight details and manage a booking, i regret not just contacting customer support from the beginning. The site was frustrating right away — pages took too long to load, some buttons didn’t seem to work properly, and I had to keep clicking around just to find basic information. It was even worse on my phone because the layout felt cluttered and awkward. After wasting enough time, I gave up and went through customer support instead. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

"Prices went up again"
I was going to book here like I usually do, but the prices jumped again and it just doesn’t feel worth it now. Maybe it’s fine for some people, but for me the cost is getting too much for what you get, so I ended up looking somewhere else.

"Kind of regret paying for the lounge"
I used the lounge before my flight i kind of wish I hadn’t paid extra for it. I was expecting something a bit nicer after booking through rj.com, but it felt underwhelming. There weren’t many seats available, the food looked like it had been sitting out for a while, and the options were really limited. The staff were fine, I guess, but not exactly warm or welcoming. The Wi-Fi kept dropping too, which was frustrating since I was trying to get a few things done before boarding. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I definitely left feeling like I wasted my money. I wouldn’t pay for it again.

"Okay routes, but I wish there were more choices..."
RJ.com is fine for looking up Royal Jordanian flights, and it works well if you’re going through Amman or heading somewhere nearby. But sometimes the route options feel limited... I’ve had a few searches where the connections were kind of awkward, or I ended up needing to check another airline instead. Overall it’s not bad, I just wish they had more direct flights and better options for certain cities.

"Decent app, but it hangs up sometimes"
The RJ app is mostly fine, like it does what it’s supposed to do when it wants to work. But yeah, it freezes here and there, especially when I’m looking up flights or trying to log in. I’ve had to close it and restart it a few times, which gets annoying. It’s not a terrible app or anything, just needs to be more steady. When it works, it’s fine

"The schedule just didn’t work for me"
The flight times were awkward, and then the changes made it even harder, honestly. It was just hard to plan around their schedule, really hard to make anything fit around it.

"Bag came back damaged and no real follow-up"
Flew with RJ recently and when my bag came out, one of the wheels was almost hanging off. I told the staff at the airport, but they didn’t seem that bothered... just told me to fill out a form and that was basically it. Since then, I haven’t had any clear update or anything, so I’m kind of left wondering what’s going on. The flight itself was fine, no major issues there, but the baggage handling and the follow-up were really disappointing. Just not what I expected.

"Okay flight, but the plane felt tired"
I flew with rj.com recently, and while the flight itself was alright, the plane definitely felt like it had been around for a while. The seats were worn down, the tray table didn’t seem very clean, and a few little things had that “works when it wants to” kind of feel.

Nothing was a total disaster, and we got there fine, but for what I paid, I expected the aircraft to be in better shape. It was just one of those experiences where everything was technically okay, but not really impressive

The flight left almost on time and landed without much of a delay, so that was good enough for me. There was a little waiting around that felt preventable, but nothing major. Overall, a easy trip...

"The movie selection was okay — not…"
The movie selection was okay — not terrible, just not a lot of newer stuff. I kind of bounced around looking for something to watch, which probably says enough. The screen worked fine, though the sound felt a little low even after I turned it up. For a short flight, it does the job. If I were stuck on a longer one, though, I’d probably get bored fast

Boarding started off slow, at least from what I could tell, but once they started calling the groups it seemed to move along fine. Not really sure what the holdup was at the beginning, but it worked out.

"Decent Flight, But Cleaning Could Be Better"
The flight itself was fine, and the staff were nice enough, but the cabin definitely could’ve been cleaner. There were crumbs around my seat and the tray table felt a bit sticky, which isn’t exactly what you want when you first sit down. The bathroom wasn’t awful, but it didn’t feel fresh either. I also got a little annoyed because when I asked about it, I seemed to get different answers from different crew members, which made it feel like nobody really knew what was going on. Overall, not a terrible experience, but I really wish the plane had been cleaned more properly before boarding.

"Didn't Live Up to What I Expected"
I went into this expecting a smoother and more enjoyable experience, but it just didn’t really meet that standard for me. There were enough little issues that I left feeling disappointed overall. Based on what I thought I was booking, I wouldn’t book again.

"Not terrible, but I wasn’t exactly confident"
My flight got cancelled, so I ended up using rj to figure out what to do next. The cancellation notice came late, which already made me a little suspicious about how organized the whole thing was. To be fair, the website did show my options, and I was able to request a refund without having to call anyone first. But the process was still kind of confusing, and the updates were really slow. The refund also took longer than I expected, which made me wonder what was going on behind the scenes. Overall, it wasn’t the worst experience, but it definitely didn’t feel smooth or reassuring

"Online check-in left me confused"
I tried checking in on rj and I’m still not sure what was going on. I entered my booking details over and over, probably five times, and it kept sending me back to the beginning. A couple of times the page froze, and other times it just said something went wrong without explaining anything. The website looks fine at first, so I was confused why the check-in part just wouldn’t work. In the end I had to check in at the airport, which made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be. Frustrating and definitely a waste of time

"Decent Program, But the Value Could Be Better"
The loyalty program is okay overall, and I do appreciate that they offer some perks. But the points don’t feel like they’re worth much unless you’re flying all the time. For regular customers who still choose to spend their money with the airline, it would be nice to feel a little more valued. Some of the benefits are helpful, but I expected the program to offer a bit more in return.

"I booked special assistance on rj.com for..."
I booked special assistance on rj.com for my mother, but the website wasn’t very clear. I couldn’t really tell if the request had gone through or if it was actually saved, which already made me a bit nervous before the trip.

When we got to the airport, they did have her name in the system, but the staff didn’t seem fully ready for us. We ended up waiting quite a while for a wheelchair, and no one really explained what was going on, so we were just standing there unsure.
The flight itself was okay, but the accessibility support could have been much better. It added unnecessary stress to the whole experience. Has anyone else had the same issue with special assistance through RJ?

"I had a connection with rj.com, it..."
I had a connection with rj.com, it was just okay. My first flight was a bit late, so I ended up rushing more than I thought I would, which made things kind of stressful. The staff were helpful when I asked, so that was good, but I do think the signs and updates could’ve been clearer. Overall, not a terrible experience, but not exactly a smooth one either

"WiFi was just okay"
I used the onboard WiFi during the flight, and it worked for part of the trip, but it kept slowing down on and off. It was fine for sending messages, but just not really good enough for doing much browsing.
